Welcome to Glaciora Consulting. By accessing our website or engaging our professional coaching and strategy services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a transparent, professional, and transformative experience for all our clients.

1. Professional Services

Glaciora Consulting provides leadership development, organizational strategy, and personal growth workshops. The nature of consulting and coaching is collaborative. While we provide expert guidance and strategic frameworks, the ultimate success of any intervention depends on the client’s commitment and implementation.

2. Confidentiality

We adhere to the highest ethical standards. All information shared during coaching sessions or strategic consulting remains strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law. We protect your intellectual property and organizational data with the utmost care.

3. Payment and Engagements

Engagement terms, including project scope, timelines, and fee structures, will be detailed in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). Payments are due as specified in your individual invoice. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We value your time and ours. For workshops and 1-on-1 coaching sessions, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as defined in your specific service contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during workshops or consulting engagements, including frameworks, worksheets, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Glaciora Consulting unless otherwise stated. These materials are provided for your internal use and may not be redistributed or sold without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Glaciora Consulting acts in an advisory capacity. We are not liable for any direct or indirect business losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from the implementation of our strategic advice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
